AMENDMENT TO SECURITY AGREEMENT
DEBTOR: Left Hand Ditch Company
SECURED PARTY: Colorado Water Conservation Board
REVISED LOAN AMOUNT: $534,127.79
TERM OF REPAYMENT: 3o years-no payments and zero interest for the first three
years followed by annual payments of$26,776.25 for 27
years at the interest rate of 2.30%
LOAN CONTRACT NUMBER: CT2o15-0o8(C15o37o)
1. The Parties have amended the Original Loan Contract and Promissory Note to decrease the loan
amount from $3,276,056.00 to $534,127.79, and hereby amend the Original Security Agreement to
document the change of loan amount.
2. The Parties expressly agree that this Amendment to Security Agreement is supplemental to the
Security Agreement and all terms, conditions, and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified
below, are to apply to this Amendment to Security Agreement as though they were expressly
rewritten, incorporated, and included herein.
3. Collateral for the loan remains the same.
