<br /> Outstanding District Obligations
<br /> The District has the following outstanding obligations which share a parity pledge of the
<br /> net revenue of the District's water system:
<br /> (i) the governmental agency bond in the original aggregate principal amount of
<br /> $4,800,000, dated September 15, 1992, issued by the Governmental Agency to the
<br /> Authority;
<br /> (ii) the Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1999, dated May 1, 1999, originally issued
<br /> in the aggregate principal amount of$5,000,000;
<br /> (iii) the Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2002, dated October 1, 2002, originally
<br /> issued in the aggregate principal amount of$3,305,000;
<br /> (iv) the Colorado Water Conservation Board Note, dated October 1, 2004,
<br /> identified as Loan Contract No. C150121 and originally issued in the aggregate principal
<br /> amount of$3,937,500;
<br /> (v) the Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2004, dated April 1, 2004,
<br /> originally issued in the aggregate principal amount of$4,805,000;
<br /> (vi) the Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2004B, dated December 16,
<br /> 2004, originally issued in the aggregate principal amount of$5,085,000 and
<br /> (vii) the Colorado Water Conservation Board Note, dated December 1, 2005,
<br /> identified as Loan Contract No. C150210 and originally issued in the aggregate principal
<br /> amount of$4,994,955.
<br /> Finally, when issued by the District to the Authority on April 27, 2006, the aggregate
<br /> principal amount of the governmental agency, dated April 1, 2006,will be $6,383,774.
<br /> The maximum annual debt service on-all of the abo`v obligations, including the 2006
<br /> Authority Loan, will be $2,792,987 in calendar year 2007;` and commencing in 2008 the
<br /> maximum annual debt service amount will be $2,716,326 (which maximum amount occurs in
<br /> 2020). (+
