<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Table 4 shows the precipitation recorded at these sites were average for the time period 1932 - <br />1999, It is staff's opinion that the 64 years of stream-flow data analyzed is representative of <br />average water-years. <br /> <br />Existing Water Right Information <br /> <br />Staff has analyzed the water rights tabulation and consulted with the Division Engineer Office to <br />identify any potential water availability problems, There are no large decreed surface diversions <br />within this reach of stream, Based on this analysis staff has determined that water is available <br />for appropriation on San Miguel River, between Fall Creek and Horsefly Creek, to preserve the <br />natural environment to a reasonable degree without limiting or foreclosing the exercise of valid <br />existing water rights. <br /> <br />CWCS Staff's Instream Flow Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the Board form its intent to appropriate on the following stream reach: <br /> <br />SeQment: Fall Creek to Horsefly Creek <br /> <br />Upper Terminus: Fall Creek <br />(Latitude 370 59' 35") (Longitude 108001' 27") <br />Lower Terminus: Horsefly Creek at <br />(Latitude 380 12' 19") (Longitude 1080 18' 44") <br />Counties: San Miguel, Montrose <br />Length: 24,1 miles <br />USGS Quad(s): Little Cone, Placerville, Gurley Canyon, Sanborn Park, Norwood <br />Flow Recommendation: 93.0 cfs (05/01 - 10/14) <br />61,0 cfs (10/15 - 04/30) <br /> <br />San rvligud River ISF RPT v.2.doc <br />
