The Town completed a pre-qualification letter to the CCWB and this project was moved to <br /> the prequalified project list. The letter is attached as Appendix C. <br /> 6. The project is necessary for the town to efficiently operate its water system and will not <br /> cause any undue injury or hardship to the surrounding community. <br /> 7.
