APPENDIX D: Resolution to Approve an Amendment to CWCB Contract No. CT2015-166 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN LUIS VALLEY WATER <br /> CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, COLORADO: <br /> That the San Luis Valley Water Conservancy District enter into the Loan Contract Amendment No. 1 <br /> with the Colorado Water Conservation Board to amend the original Loan Contract No. CT2015-166 to <br /> include the additional funds, in the amount of Two Hundred and Eighty-Four Thousand and Five <br /> Hundred and Seventy-Four Dollars and Fifty Cents ($284,574.50), for a total loan amount of One <br /> Million and One Hundred and Twenty-Three Thousand and Five Hundred and Seventy-Four Dollars and <br /> Fifty Cents ($1,123,574.50)for a 30 year term with an interest rate of 2.5%per annum. <br /> That the collateral provided by the San Luis Valley Water Conservancy District for the total loan <br /> amount remains the Annual Fees associated with its Agreement and Augmentation Certificates and <br /> that the form of collateral is in accordance with CWCB's Standard Loan Contract—Waiver 160— <br /> approved November 10, 2003,Section A.8., Pledge of Revenues. <br /> That the President of the Board of Directors of the San Luis Valley Water Conservancy District is <br /> authorized to execute the Loan Contract Amendment No. 1,Amendment No. 1 Contract No. CMS <br /> 96820, CT2015-166,and any other necessary and related documents. <br /> Adopted this 2nd day of February 2017,Alamosa, Colorado. <br /> SA UIS VALLE ' •TER ONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br /> M.
