Section A-9 of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions
requires that the appraiser shall not link the estimate of market value to a specific
exposure time. This is a jurisdictional exception to USPAP Standards Rule 1-
2(c)(iv). No specific exposure time is estimated, but this does not have an effect
on the analysis.
