<br /> Brine for evaporation would be pumped through an existing 10-inch diameter
<br /> buried pipe on the eastern side of the river that runs from the well field and brine
<br /> treatment plant to the east bank of the river. A new river crossing would be added
<br /> to bring the brine over the river and connect to another existing 10-inch pipe that
<br /> runs on the west side of the river to the pond. Alternatively,the pipe extension
<br /> crossing the river could be buried.
