Endorsement by Denver Water is premised on an In-Stream Flow (ISF) filing by
the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) that contains flows no higher and
conditions no less restrictive than those recommended to the CWCB by the Stakeholder
Group.
Denver Water's participation in implementation of the Plan depends upon receiving
satisfactory permits for the Moffat Project, including a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers and an Order from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approving an
amendment to the hydropower license at Gross Reservoir. Before these approvals are
obtained, however, Denver Water staff will participate in the efforts outlined in the Plan's
Attachment B, Timeline and Task List, including reviewing new data, attending meetings, and
exploring voluntary cooperative measures.
CONSERVE
