iii. Providing relevant data which may assist in the RMP revision/EIS process. This data <br /> may include but is not limited to the following: <br /> o Information relative to knowledge and expertise on approved <br /> programs, plans, and policies, which will be affected by the planning effort. <br /> o Information relative to resources, use and management within the <br /> planning area. <br /> o Information relative to visitation data, such as demographics, activities, <br /> and values. <br /> iv. Review and provide comment within scheduled deadlines of receipt of preliminary <br /> baseline reports or other technical reports where Cooperating Agency has <br /> provided data or other such information in order to complete the report. <br /> v. Review and provide comments within scheduled deadlines of receipt of the <br /> following sections of the preliminary draft EIS. <br /> o Preliminary range of alternatives to be considered in detail <br /> (completed in 2009). <br /> o Relevant portions of the "Affected Environment" section (inc. the <br /> socio-economic section (partially completed). <br /> o Relevant portions of the "Environmental Consequences" section <br /> (***current May 2010 assignment). <br /> o Relevant portions of the "Consultation and Coordination" section <br /> including information on consistency reviews (partially completed). <br /> vi. During public review periods for the Draft EIS, provide the BLM a consolidated <br /> comprehensive review of the Draft EIS. <br /> vii. The _Cooperating Agency will assist the BLM in analyzing and reviewing public <br /> comments/data and work with BLM in the development of the proposed final RMP/EIS. <br /> Page - 7 - of 12 <br />
