• <br /> Colorado River Segment 2 <br /> BLM found Colorado River Segment 2 eligible after idea' fish as an outstandingly remarkable value <br /> (ORV)due to the presence of the Colorado River Endangered Fish species in the segment The Colorado <br /> River Endangered Fish Recovery Program(Recovery • • )requires BLM to factor in the health and <br /> needs of the fish in its plans and actions. <br /> The stakeholder group recommends that these protections remain in place as they provide helpfd <br /> protection for the fish ORV. Confident that these protections remain in place at least during the life of <br /> the revised RMP, stakeholders in the collaborative believe , the fish ORV will be well protected and <br /> additional protections that might be provided by a suitabin finding are not necessary. Stakeholders <br /> anticipate that BLM will continue to work with them and 1,, other federal partners to manage Colorado <br /> River Segment 2 in a way that supports and maintains the J. of the Recovery Program. <br /> The stakeholders in the collaborative process would like to thank BLM and the Grand Junction Field Office for the <br /> ongoing assistance provided by staff who have generously shared their ' , - to answer questions and help the group <br /> understand BLM's RMP revision process and the wild and scenic in and analysis.
