8.2. Effect of Water Supply Agreement. The parties recognize and agree
that this Agreement is made pursuant to and in reference to the Water Supply
Agreement, and is subject to its terms. In case of any conflict between the terms of
this Agreement and the Water Supply Agreement, the Water Supply Agreement
shall control.
8.3. Authorization. The individuals executing this Agreement on behalf of
their respective entities are authorized by those entities to execute this Agreement
and, by their signatures, certify that all steps or actions required to ensure such
authorization have been taken.
8.4. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire
understanding and agreement of the parties as to the subject matter hereof, and
there are no further or other agreements or understandings, written or oral, in
