Page Two
Summary of Consultation
93CW016
It is my understanding that the releases required by US Fish and Wildlife
Service will generally be made during late August and early September. Because
the flow in Willow Creek is minimal during fall and winter, any refill would
occur during the next year' s spring runoff.
It is recommended that approval be granted, as requested in the application.
For administration purposes, Applicant and US Fish and Wildlife Service are
requested to provide the Division Engineer, at least one week advance notice of
releases. Applicant must provide accounting and measuring
devices as required
by the Division Engineer. The Division Engineer will charge appropriate
transient losses as deemed necessary.
6 I - i 4 9 3 GC-c,v W ` dct-'l
DATE DIVISION ENGINEER
The above comments and recommendations have been received and considered in
compliance with CRS 1973, 37-92-302(4).
DA'Z'E WATER REFEREE
