<br /> CONTRACT No.CT2015-051, in the amount of$1,232,035.88 and incorporated herein, which
<br /> shall supplement and operate in conjunction with the Original SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated
<br /> November 13, 2012, in the amount of $1,336,230.00, attached to the ORIGINAL CONTRACT
<br /> as APPENDIX 4b and the Amended Security Agreements dated May 4, 2015, attached as
<br /> APPENDIX B, to AMENDMENT NO. 1 of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
<br /> II. AMENDMENT TO DEED OF TRUST, APPENDIX 3.3, AMENDMENT No. 2. LOAN CONTRACT NO.
<br /> CT2015-051, in the amount of $1,232,035.88 and incorporated herein, which shall
<br /> supplement and operate in conjunction with the Original DEED OF TRUST, dated November
<br /> 13, 2012, in the amount of$1,336,230.00, attached to the ORIGINAL CONTRACT as APPENDIX
<br /> 4a and the Amended Deed of Trust, dated May 4, 2015, attached as APPENDIX Cl to
<br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT. The AMENDMENT TO DEED OF TRUST,
<br /> APPENDIX 3.3 shall be recorded with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.
<br /> III. AMENDMENT TO DEED OF TRUST, APPENDIX 3.4, AMENDMENT No. 2, LOAN CONTRACT NO.

<br /> supplement and operate in conjunction with the Original DEED OF TRUST, dated November
<br /> 13, 2012, in the amount of $1,336,230.00, attached to the ORIGINAL CONTRACT as

<br /> 7) ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
<br /> Except for the Special Provisions, in the event of any conflict, inconsistency, variance, or contradiction
<br /> between the provisions of this Amendment and any of the provisions of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT, the
<br /> provisions of this AMENDMENT shall in all respects supersede, govern, and control. The most recent
<br /> version of the Special Provisions incorporated into the ORIGINAL CONTRACT or any amendment shall
<br /> always control other provisions in the ORIGINAL CONTRACT or any amendments.
