conditions upon which this Note is issued and secured, including, without limitation, the nature <br /> and extent of the security for this Note, provisions with respect to the custody and application <br /> of proceeds hereof, the collection and description of the revenues and moneys charged with <br /> and pledged to the payment hereof, and also the rights and remedies of the CWCB. <br /> This Note is also issued pursuant to the Supplemental Public Securities Act, Part 2 of Article <br /> 57, Title 11, C.R.S., and this recital shall be conclusive evidence of the validity and the <br /> regularity of issuance of this Note after its delivery for value. The Loan Contract and <br /> Ordinances grant additional rights to the CWCB. <br /> 8. The CWCB shall give the BORROWER written notice of any alleged default and an <br /> opportunity to cure within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice before the BORROWER <br /> shall be considered in default for purposes of this Promissory Note. <br /> 9. The BORROWER and any co-signer or guarantor hereby agree that if this Note or interest <br /> thereon is not paid when due or if suit is brought, then it shall p.. reasonable costs of <br /> collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
