Automobile liability insurance for all vehicles, <br /> and comprehensive general liability insurance, both in <br /> at least the following amounts: <br /> (1) For any injury to one person i yJsipg4e <br /> occurrence, the sum of Five Hu red Thu a ) <br /> Dollars ($500, 000) . <br /> (2) For any injury to two or more pers <br /> single occurrence, the sum of One Million Do11a <br /> ($1, 000, 000) . <br /> (3) For any damage to property, the sum of Four <br /> Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400, 000) for each <br /> occurrence. <br /> Said general liability insurance shall name the <br /> Contractor and the State as co-insured. No payments <br /> shall be made to the Contractor under this contract <br /> unless copies of current certificates of all such <br /> insurance have been obtained by the Contractor and <br /> filed with the State. Such filing of current <br /> certificates shall be accomplished before the beginning <br /> of construction. Notices of renewals of said policies <br /> shall also be filed with the State as they occur. <br /> 6. Permitted periodic inspection of construction by <br /> authorized representatives of the State during and after <br /> construction. <br /> 7. Without expense to the State, agrees to manage, operate, <br /> and maintain the project continuously in an efficient and <br /> economical manner, and assume all legal liability for such <br /> management, operation, and maintenance.
