5. Test Period Coverage. The maximum annual debt service on the Outstanding
Parity Obligations is $623,616 and the maximum annual debt service on the 2016 Promissory
Note is $11,215. The adjusted Net Revenues for the consecutive twelve-month period ended
December 31, 2015 of$806,896 is greater than $793,539 (such amount being 125% of the sum
of the maximum annual debt service on the Outstanding Parity Obligations and the 2016
Promissory Note).
6. Authorization to Make Representations. The undersigned is duly authorized and
