Kevin Chesnut <br /> offered the idea that we do some repair work on the existing <br /> trash rack and make it work for another year. <br /> J. D. opened discussion on uses for the old tile line. It was <br /> stated that work needs to be done to the old tile line before it <br /> even has a possibility of being used. Some of the boxes have ' o <br /> come out and a few patches made. If the ditch company allows <br /> outsiders use of the pipeline, they need to make arrangement - o <br /> they are no liable. <br /> J.D. stated that we need another meeting before use of the ne <br /> pipeline begins to make sure that everyone is clear on proper <br /> operation procedures. <br /> Motion was made by Don Loloff that the salary of the secretar <br /> stay the same at this time, $50. 00 per year. Motion seconded uy <br /> Jim Hendricks. Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by Mary Chesnut that when we get total annu.: 1 <br /> payment it should be mailed to stockholders. Motion was secon"ed <br /> by Don Loloff. Motion carried. <br /> At 8 : 40 p.m. it was moved by Lester Stroh and seconded by Bob <br /> Suden to adjourn the meeting.
