7. Without expense to the State, manage, operate, and maintainthe ptoject
continu+usly in an efficient and economical manner, and assume all legal liability for such
manage sent, operation, and maintenance. The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold
the Stat. harmless from any liability incurred by the State as a result of the State's interest
in the p oject facilities and any other property identified in paragraph A.14. below. The
Contra or shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance covering the
manage ent, operation, and maintenance of the project from the time it accepts the
constru 6I ed project as substantially completed until it completes repayment to the State, in
at least I he following amounts:

Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000).
o. For any injury to two or more persons in any single occurrence, the sum of Six
I undred Thousand Dollars ($600,000).
C. For any damage to property, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000) for each occurrence.
Said general liability insurance shall name the State as a co-insured. A copy of a
certificate of said liability insurance must be filed with the State prior to the start
of the operation of the project system. Such certificate shall be incorporated herein
Ias part of this contract.
