According to Doyle Hester <br /> with Diamond Pipe the price of PVC pipe has risen 15-20 <br /> percent since 1992 . <br /> The cost for 18" and 15" pipe was $15 . 56/linear ft . and <br /> $8 . 87/linear ft . respectively on the preliminary estimate <br /> for Loloff Lateral in 1992 . Increasing these costs by an <br /> average of 18 percent the cost for 18" and 15" pipe would ee <br /> $18 .36/linear ft. and $10 .47/linear ft . respectively.
