Hal - I talked to Jim Yahn and he is still hoping to get compensation associated with GASP well impacts to Prewitt
Reservoir. Here is the background information from Heath Kuntz, the engineeer for GASP at the time. As far I
am aware, this information is accurate. Apparently Jim has talked with Don Ament who thought money may be
available. Jim may call you on this issue in the next couple of weeks.

Jim,
Here is the GASP Depletion spread sheet for the wells within the SWSP. The sheet has 2 pages that show all
depletions above Bijou No. 2 and below Bijou No. 2. The sheet above No. 2 is still in progress because I have not
accounted for the wells which New Cache picked up which were not stock holders. That list is coming to me and I
will update it as soon as I get it. The list for below No. 2 should be final. It shows that GASP owes 2500 AF of
water to Prewitt. Any more discussion about what GASP should do will have to be directed through Jack. If you
have any questions about the spread sheet please contact me. I will be sending an updated daily sheet to you
ASAP.
