Jon Altenhofen, <br /> PE, supervisory water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br /> completed the accounting for these operations in 2004. The attached Memorandum from Mr. <br /> Altenhofen details the 2004 augmentation accounting and LLWU leasing of water supplies for <br /> replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the amount of <br /> funds being requested through this Grant for LLWU lease of augmentation water during the 2004 <br /> drought period. The total Grant amount requested for reimbursement to LLWU for 2004 is <br /> $160,955. <br /> The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br /> --Financial statement for 2004 <br /> --Official drought disaster declarations for 2004 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br /> includes Sedgwick County. <br /> As President of the Lower Logan Well Users, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this grant <br /> request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
