when you'd like to get together to make the changes. I am open either Monday, Thursday, or Friday until
about 2 p.m., and Wednesday until about noon (and possibly Wednesday afternoon, if my other meeting
gets cancelled). I think sitting down with you (and Tom and Dan, if you'd like) might work the best. I
intentionally put more information in rather than less, assuming it would be easier to cut out the stuff you
didn't like.
I'm thinking we need to do this first, before we provide the draft of the more detailed timeline covering the
CWCB loan process, legislative approvals, city budgets, etc.. I'll be working on this next part on Monday,
but don't want to get too far ahead on this until we get a good draft of the 2-pager, so the second product
supports the first.

I didn't think this all the way through. Do we need a Directors Report item for this?Also I am not sure I was
planning on having a final version of this at the meeting but maybe a draft version. I would like to work with
Katie on some changes to reduce the number of words and I may have our State graphic designer at IDF
help with colors and layout.
With that said I like the product and am confident I am going to use this and that we are real close to a final
look and feel. I just haven't figured out how this will fit into the Board notebook. And I guess, I am thinking
if we put it in I would like it to be a"draft".
