The following <br /> alternatives were considered: <br /> Alternative 1 - No-Action: This alternative was considered unacceptable as it would cost the City 699 <br /> acre-feet of raw water storage. <br /> Selected Alternative 2 - Dam Rehabilitation:This alternative was selected because it will address <br /> the dam safety concerns and preserve the City's storage right for drought mitigation and irrigation.
