The District operates a blanket well augmentation plan <br /> that serves domestic and irrigation needs in the Upper Arkansas region. Augmentation water is <br /> stored in several reservoirs, including the North Fork Reservoir. The District wants to rehabilitate the <br /> reservoir to address dam safety concerns, and enlarge the reservoir to provide added storage. The <br /> project is tentatively scheduled to start in 2004. Chris Manera, P.E. of Colorado River Engineering, Inc. <br /> will complete the feasibility study. Proposed funding for the project consists of a Construction Fund <br /> Loan and a $4,250 Feasibility Study Grant from the CWCB, and the remainder from the District. <br /> Location Map <br />
