<br /> ■ Net nonoperating expense for 2012 was $125,000 in 2012 compared to nonoperating
<br /> income of$24,500 in 2011. This was due to the recognition of nearly $200,000 loss on
<br /> the partial sale of the Goodwin Ranch site. This loss was partially offset by the District's
<br /> capitalization of$48,000 of interest expense on the Colorado Water Conservation Board
<br /> loan.
