STATE OF COLORADO ) <br /> COUNTY OF LAKE ) S.S. CERTIFICATE AS TO <br /> ENTERPRISE REVENUE <br /> PARKVILLE WATER DISTRICT ) <br /> IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the undersigned President ("President") and <br /> General Manager (the "General Manager") of the Parkville Water District, Lake County, <br /> Colorado (the"District"),that: <br /> (1) We are the duly chosen, qualified and acting President and General <br /> Manager of the District. <br /> (2) The District has established itself as an enterprise for purposes of Article <br /> X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution (the "Enterprise"). <br /> (3) Revenues of the Enterprise from water sales and services, and other <br /> charges related to the water and sanitation business of the District equaled $1,421,905 for <br /> calendar year ending December 31, 2014, as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> (4) The Enterprise received no more than $44,940 of its total revenue from <br /> grants from all Colorado state and local governments combined, such amount being less than <br /> 10% of its total Enterprise revenue for calendar year ending December 31, 2014 as shown in <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> (5) Other than the Loan Contract with the Colorado Water Conservation <br /> Board expected to be executed and delivered in December 2015, the Loan Contract entered into <br /> with the Colorado Water Conservation Board in 2012 and related promissory notes and security <br /> agreements (collectively, the "CWCB Loans") there are no outstanding Enterprise obligations <br /> secured by a lien on the Pledged Property as such term is defined in the loan contracts. <br />
