The District has been regularly and duly organized under the provisions of <br /> the general laws of the State of Colorado. <br /> 2. The official corporate name of the District is the "Parkville Water <br /> District." <br /> 3. The District as originally incorporated has never been consolidated with or <br /> annexed to any other special district. <br /> 4. From at least October 1, 2015, up to and include the date hereof, the <br /> following were the duly chosen, qualified and acting members or officers of the Board of <br /> Directors (the`Board")of the District: <br /> President: Mark E.
