The Town wishes to <br /> replace 128 old toilets at the Shandoka Affordable Rental Housing Facility. These older <br /> Units are estimated to be three gallon capacity toilets. These existing toilets will be <br /> replaced by EPA WaterSense approved 1'28 gallon toilets. The Town estimates the <br /> annual water savings from this project will be 3 acre feet. <br /> The total cost of the project is $59,573' Telluride is committing 37% matching funds in <br /> the form of $1,700 of in-kind services and $20,790 in cash. CWCB staff has reviewed <br /> and evaluated the grant application and has determined that the proposal meets or <br /> exceeds the CWCB guidelines for reviewing grant proposals.
