EXHIBIT A <br />STATEMENT 4F WORK <br />WATER ACTIVITY NAME— WEST END OF MONTROSE COUNTY RESERVOIR PROJECT <br />GRANT REC[PIENT -- MUNTROSE COUNTY <br />FUNDING SOURCE— WS1tA SOUTHWEST BASM SSO,OOQ AND STATEWIDE GRANT FUND5 $250,0� <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: This grac�t wiil fund a Feasibility Study (Study) af multiple reservoir site options <br />inciuding two potential now dam sites and the enlargernent of one existing darn in west Monuose County. The Study witl include <br />investigating the water availabiliry, site limitations, and engineering feasibiliiy of several potontial reservoir sites and related water <br />suppiy infrashucture. The San Miguet River and its tributaries are the source of water for alt the sites. In additio�, an analysis of the <br />impacts to boating on the San Miguel River will be performed. <br />TASK: Reservoir Site Feasibility Study <br />Uescriotioa afTask <br />The Study will inciude a water availability analysis of Maverick Draw, An analysis of CC Ditch Capacity (including flaw measurements <br />and survey}, Engineering and site study Maverick Draw Resecvoir No. 1 and Big Bucktait lteservoir, Cieqtechnical investigation of the <br />Nucla Town Resecvoir Enlargement, and a Study of the Nuc1a Pump Station Capacity, Boat-able days impact. <br />Metleod/Procedure <br />Montrose County has selected Deere & Alt Consulting to perforn► the engineering analysis. Geotechnical'' reports and water supply and <br />capacity analysis reports will be included in the Study. The effort will include field work and explotatory dri(ling and monitoring. <br />Engincered drawings and details wilt be provided in the Study. <br />Deliverable <br />Documentation: Final Feesibility Study. <br />REPORTlNG ANB FINAL DELIVERABLE: Generat Reparting: 7'he applicant shall provide the CWCB a progress report every 6 <br />months, beginning from the date of the executed contract until the consvuction begins. The progress repprt shalt describe �e completion <br />or partial completion of the statement of work leading up to the finat repoR and including a description of any majar issues that have <br />occurred and any corrective action taken io address these issues. <br />Final Deliverable: At completion of the project, the appiicant shall provide the CWCB a final repari that summarizes the project and <br />documents the project.
