<br /> 13. This right-of-way is made for the sole and only purpose as
<br /> herein set forth and. .no other and in the event that the
<br /> .~N Conservation Board, or its successors or assigns shall at any.
<br /> time use or attempt to use the same for any other purpose
<br /> Whatsoever, then and in that case this right-of-way .shall
<br /> become void and of no effect, and any and all such rights and
<br /> privileges herein granted shall revert to the State Land Board
<br /> or its successors in interest. •

<br /> 14. The Conservation Board shall have the right to trim trees and •
<br /> shrubbery upon this right-of-way only if such trees and
<br /> shrubbery should materially interfere with or endanger the
<br /> proper operation and maintenance of said facilities.
<br /> 15. The conservation Board shall not sublet. in whole or in part,
<br /> the right-of-Way herein granted. and shall not assign this •
<br /> • agreement without the- written consent of the State Land Board.
