BEFORE THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER <br /> IN THE MATTER OF PROPOSED RULES CONCERNING RECREATIONAL IN-CHANNEL <br /> DIVERSIONS <br /> A prehearing conference for the proposed Rules Concerning Recreational In-Channel <br /> Diversions was held on October 23, 2001 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the State Services Building, <br /> 1525 Sherman Street, Rm 610,Denver, Colorado. A Prehearing Conference Order was issued on <br /> October 31, 2001, and this is a Supplement to that Order. <br /> The parties met on November 7, 2001 to discuss the proposed Rules and the Staff`s <br /> recommended revisions. Based upon that meeting, the parties have informed the Hearing <br /> Coordinator of their agreed-upon preferred order of presentation at the November 8 rulemaking <br /> hearing, and based on the parties' agreement the Hearing Coordinator hereby recommends to the <br /> Board the following order of presentation: <br /> 1. NWCCOG-QQ <br /> 2. Gunnison County <br /> 3. Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District <br /> 4. City of Aspen <br /> 5. Town of Breckenridge, City of Golden,Eagle River Water& Sanitation District <br /> 6. City of Pueblo <br /> 7. Colorado River Water Conservation District <br /> 8. Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District/Colorado Springs Utilities <br /> Amended and Supplemental Hearing Procedure: At the end of all public comment,the Board may <br /> allow members of the public or parties a reasonable time to direct questions to the Board,which at <br /> the discretion the Board's Chairman may be directed to Staff or to another party for response. <br /> Following such questions and responses the parties may have up to 15 minutes to divide among <br /> themselves for making closing comments.
