The Steering Committee, through its meetings, shall <br /> A. Agree upon a Workgroup facilitator, funding, a Workgroup process and <br /> timelines <br /> 1. Enter facilitator contract. <br /> 2. Prepare initial funding applications <br /> 3. Prepare Workgroup process document, a revision of this activities list. <br /> 4. Prepare initial timelines <br /> B. For the selected streams, the Committee will establish common <br /> understandings of values; future area water needs; decreed streamwater uses, diversions <br /> and storage locations; applicable stream data currently available; current value protection <br /> mechanisms; and potential protection mechanisms (Stream"Sweep"process). <br /> 1. Prepare Sweep summary document. <br /> C. Given Sweep results, identify how to move the Workgroup process <br /> forward; i.e. which streams to take first(First Streams) and develop timetable for <br /> Workgroup process for the First Streams. <br /> 1. Prepare more detailed list of Workgroup activities and timetable <br /> D. Identify additional stakeholders who might have a general interest in the <br /> process and/or the First Streams <br /> E. Accumulate available data for each selected stream in the following areas <br /> and determine additional data needs,how data are to be gathered, timelines, and research <br /> funding <br /> 1.
