• The WG will review the RRC proposal and develop a recommendation for the
•
Management Team. RRC will need a decision by the end of March.
• Rob will work with Mike Eytel and Paula Belcher to ensure Bledsoe's
macroinvertebrate samples are transferred to the lab for analysis. They will discuss
BLM's long-term plans for macroinvertebrate analysis.
• Ellen will distribute a doodle poll to schedule the next MonWG meeting.
• At the May SG meeting,the MonWG will present their findings on what data gaps
may need to be addressed in the SG's good faith efforts to finalize ORV Indicators
and Resource Guides.
• Commercial Data Work Group
o 2012 commercial data will require additional work by RRC before it is ready
to be released.Work Group,in cooperation with the full MonWG,will develop
a recommendation for discussion by the Management Team.
o The work group will propose a timeline for annual outfitter reports,CROA
review, etc. Management of historic commercial data will also be considered.
o KFO may be ready to share data from 2013 private fee envelopes.This is not
a totally accurate reflection of private use but it provides a good sample of
private users numbers and activities. Hannah will work with Chris when the
data is ready.
* Channel Maintenance Work Group
• The Channel Maintenance workshop will be moved to the May SG meeting. Ellen will
notify the full SG by email.
• The work group will review and prioritize monitoring projects for 2015 and develop
recommendations for discussion by the Management Team.
* Cooperative Measures Work Group
• The work group will meet by early March to discuss SG representation on 2015 HUP
calls and review the forecast for 2015 water year type and its affect on potential
cooperative measures. Mike will prepare the 2015 water year type forecast and
distribute to the full SG.
• Ellen will distribute a doodle poll to schedule the next work group meeting.This
could be a joint meeting with the MonWG.
