New non- <br /> recreational modifications(e.g. ROWs,fences, ponds)are not visually obvious near recreation facilities and <br /> trails, <br /> Visitor Facilities: More facilities(e.g. trailheads, restrooms)are found within the area <br /> Proposed Social RSCCs <br /> Contacts(avq.) Participants encounter a season average 8-10 encounters/day. <br /> Group Size(avq.): Participants encounter a season average 6-8 people per group. <br /> Evidence of Use: Sounds of other people intermittently heard. A few small localized areas of vegetation <br /> alteration and compacted/bare soils are acceptable.
