<br /> THIS DEED, made this 26th day of October 2015 between Colorado Water
<br /> Conservation Board (CWCB), Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado, Grantor,
<br /> and the Lake Canal Reservoir Company, whose legal address is 730 Ash Mesa Road, Delta, CO
<br /> 81416, Grantee:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the loan Paid in Full and
<br /> other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, water and
<br /> water rights, described as follows:
<br /> An undivided one-half interest in and to the North Gray Reservoir, situated in
<br /> Section 34, Township 8 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.; South Gray
<br /> Reservoir situated in portions of Sections 34 and 35, Township 8 North, Range
<br /> 68 West of the 6th P.M.; and Gray Reservoir No. 03 situated on a portion of the
<br /> SE1/4 of Section 34, Township 8 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., all in
<br /> Larimer County, Colorado; together with all inlet and outlet ditches and
<br /> structures appurtenant thereto or used in connection therewith; and together with
<br /> all water and water rights decreed for said reservoirs including but not limited to,
<br /> the following decrees awarded in Water District #3 of Water Division #1 of the
<br /> State of Colorado:

<br /> appurtenances, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The Grantor for himself, his
<br /> heirs and personal representatives or successors, does covenant and agree that he shall warrant
<br /> and forever defend the above-bargained premises in quiet possession of Grantee, its successors
<br /> and assigns, against all and every person or persons claiming the whole or any part thereof, by,
<br /> through or under the Grantor.
