CWCB Grant funds will be disbursed at a cumulative maximum 40% of the total of all invoices submitted
for reimbursement.
Permitting: Permitting is not required for this project since the City owns the associated property,
easements, and rights of way. A change of use for the wells will not be required as they are decreed
for municipal use, a use which will not change.
Schedule: The City will begin the Project upon execution of the grant and loan contracts. The Project
is expected to be completed within one year from Notice to Proceed.
