Parmenter Street <br /> Lamar, CO 81052 <br /> Re: Repurposing of Wells 12 Ft 13 Project <br /> Mr. Sutherland: <br /> I am pleased to inform you that on September 17, 2015, the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved <br /> your loan and grant request for the Project as described in the Applications and approved Loan <br /> Feasibility Study titled "Feasibility Study - Repurposing of Lamar Wells #12 and #13"dated August <br /> 2015. The Board approved a loan not to exceed $101,000 ($100,000 for project costs and $1,000 for the <br /> 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan terms shall be 1.95% per annum for 10 years. The Board also approved <br /> a WSRA grant for up to $161,625 for eligible Project costs. <br /> After the Board approves a loan/grant there are a few steps that remain in the process including: <br /> Contracting: An executed loan and grant contract must be in place before work can begin on eligible <br /> project expenses. Peg Mason will contact you to initiate the contracting process; however, Peg can be <br /> reached at (303) 866-3441 x3227. <br /> Design/Construction: You must adhere to the CWCB Design and Construction Administration Procedures <br /> including an invitation to the Prebid, Preconstruction and Bid Opening meetings. Derek Johnson, P.E., will <br /> be the Project Manager and will work with you on the disbursements of your loan funds.
