<br /> legal address is 2000 South Colorado Boulevard, Suite 1-3100, Denver, Colorado 80222, and GROWCO,:
<br /> INC., a Colorado corporation, the "Grantee,"whose legal address is 2000 South Colorado Boulevard, Suite
<br /> 1-3100, Denver, Colorado 80222.
<br /> WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS, ($10.00), the
<br /> receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, sell and QUITCLAIM

<br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter excepting therefrom a parcel of land 50 foot
