The Promissory Note is issued by the Borrower to the CWCB and, <br /> together with the Loan Contract and related documents, including Security Agreement, <br /> constitute the "Loan Documents". <br /> In connection therewith we have examined originals or copies, certified or <br /> otherwise identified to our satisfaction, of the documents delivered on this date and <br /> {00460630.DOC/} <br />
