In addition <br /> CWCB will review and approve contractor selection. <br /> 4) Interest Due: Our records indicate that as of August 1, 2015, the Company owes approximately <br /> $15,000 in past interest. The CWCB recommends that the Company pay half or all of this <br /> interest now. The remaining amount will be paid to CWCB on the Substantial Completion date <br /> (aka "loan close-out") which is expected in early spring of 2016. <br /> I will expect a submittal for Items#1 and #2 above by August 31, 2015.
