Adaptive Management Plan Implementation <br /> Efforts during this period for AMP activities were focused on WC, and T&P data analysis, Tern and Plover <br /> nesting site field preparations, and initiation of monitoring efforts. Specific activities include: <br /> • Significant effort expended in continuing development of State of the Platte Report. <br /> • Coordination and preparation for TAC meeting in May. <br /> • Coordination and oversight of annual whooping crane monitoring data compilation and analysis. <br /> • Collaboration with WC Telemetry Project, data use and review protocol issues resolved for now. <br /> • Coordination with RWBJV for data development and analysis of habitat suitability parameters <br /> completed. <br /> • Compilation of T&P and Whooping Crane data to achieve uniform data sets completed. Web <br /> database issues largely resolved. <br /> • Analysis of T&P breeding pair and Whooping Crane site selection data in intensive phase. <br /> Significant staff time being dedicated to this activity. Publication prepared and ready for TAC <br /> review. <br /> • Width analysis underway linking physical features to habitat selection. <br /> • Oversight of website and database management system development and maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> • Efforts for moving forward with Effects Analysis in the context of a Structured Decision Making <br /> Process in lieu of Target Flow analysis on-going. Developing a timeline, personnel, and budget <br /> framework for the process. <br /> • Channel width analysis progressing to compare field survey data to June and November areal <br /> data. <br /> • Design of wetlands at DeBore Tract nearing completion with development of Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> • Bid package for John's Tract control structures completed. <br /> • Bid opening for Leihs wetland construction held and contractor selected. <br /> • Spring tern and plover nesting site preparation activities completed and monitoring initiated. <br /> • Historic Platte hydraulic modeling on-going. <br /> Outreach and Operations <br /> • Routine daily operations associated with management and support of EDO staff, acquisition of <br /> supplies and equipment, oversight of consultant and contractor contracts and payment, <br /> maintenance of property files, coordination of meeting logistics, and general administration of <br /> Program. <br /> • Compilation and assemblage of 2013-2014 Biennial Report completed and printed. <br /> • Coordination and participation on FC call May 28th <br /> ob (0 1St <br /> Jerry F.
