<br /> affect any of the remaining sections, subsections, paragraphs, clauses
<br /> or provisions of this Ordinance.
<br /> 8. This Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation Of
<br /> the public peace, health, or safety.

<br /> on the 19th day of November, 1993, published in the FORT MORGAN TIMES,
<br /> a daily newspaper of general circulation published and printed in the
<br /> City of Fort Morgan, Mogan County, Colorado. Said proposed ordinance
<br /> was again taken up and read a second time at a regular meeting of the
<br /> City Council held on the 7th day of December, 1993; that the above and
