" ,„ � 4. <br /> The diversion dam is a 93' concrete dam located in Golden. The existing dam was deteriorating and <br /> causing a large void to develop at the downstream toe of the dam. The dam was resurfaced with a toe wall <br /> and riprap apron added. The headgate structure consist of resurfacing the concrete structure and installing <br /> new (2) 10'-6" slide gates to the ditch, (1) 9' sandout slide gate, and (2) 6'-6" river bypass slide gates. <br /> Incorporated in the headgate rehabilitation was the installation of a SCADA system to add automation to <br /> the Company's headgates. <br /> The Van Bibber Creek and Ralston Creek siphons were aging concrete structures with surface erosion and <br /> concrete wear exposing the aggregate and rebar. Work done included the patching and resurfacing of the <br /> concrete structure, and stabilizing the ditch embankments. The existing culvert at the Club Crest storm <br /> drain crossing was exposed and deteriorating.
