HIS GNMENT made on this 15th day of November, in

't t en the Town of Dove Creek, Colorado, a Municipal
Corporation, whose address is Dove Creek, Colorado, County
of Dolores, State of Colorado, Party of the First Part, and
the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Department of Natural
Resources, State of Colorado, whose address is 1313 Sherman
St. , Denver, Colorado, 80203, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part has conveyed by
Bill of Sale and Quitclaim Deed to Party of the Second Part
certain personal and real property pursuant to a contract
entered into between them, and
WHEREAS, said personal property is located on certain
real property in and about the Town of Dove Creek, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the Party of the
Second Part to maintain, service or remove or replace said
personal property from time to time,
NOW, THEREFORE, said Party of the First Part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration to said Party of the First Part in
hand paid by said Party of the Second Part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, Party of the
First Part assigns to Party of the Second Part the right to
go upon the real property marked as Exhibits A and B attached
hereto and incorporated into this Assignment by reference
for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, replacing,
removing, repairing, enlarging, and doing any and all things
directly or collaterally necessary for the preservation or
utilization of said property.
