The assessment and <br /> feasibility project is going well, and we will be presenting a proposal for Phase II implementation at <br /> the June meeting of the Rio Grande Basin Roundtable. Enclosed is our third invoice for the <br /> referenced project,which is our Invoice#1580 in the amount of$44.273.50. <br /> At this time we are not requesting any reimbursement for Task#3.2 for the Solar System and <br /> SCADA provided by Colorado Digital Labs, Inc. (CDL).The system has been tested,employees have <br /> been instructed on how to use it,and the installation will be completed very soon. We also <br /> anticipate finalizing Task#4, by Smith Geotechnical,very soon and will include that billing in the <br /> next billing cycle as well. <br /> In the current billing period Prime Machine has submitted one invoice for$42,273.50. This <br /> represents the budgeted amount of$40,000.00,completing 100%of Task#3.1. Their invoice also <br /> includes an amount of$2,273.50,or 45.5%of Task#3.3,in order to secure the system and prevent <br /> tampering or vandalism. <br /> $2,000 is to reimburse Administration,Task#5.Amounts paid thus far for that contract total <br /> $6,000, which represents 62.5%of the budget for that task. <br /> Backup information for each of the two contractors is attached, including the invoices submitted by <br /> each and a breakout of the specific tasks completed and the percentage of the budget for that task <br /> which the invoiced amount represents. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this tracking or documentation, please contact Nicole Langley <br /> at 719-588-4109; and of course I am always available at 719-588-6385.
