• • i
SANCHEZ DITCH & RESERVOIR COMPANY
R.R. 1 Box 215, San Acacio CO 81151
March 21, 2012
Greg Johnson
Colorado Water Conservation Board
Water Supply Planning Section
1580 Logan Street, Suite 200
Denver, CO 80203
Reference: PDA 12IBC000013-Sanchez Reservoir Rehabilitation Phase I Assessment& Upgrade
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Enclosed is our fiist invoice for the referenced project, which is our Invoice#1574 in the total
amount of$26,496.28.
This request for reimbursement includes the following:
Task#3.2 is for the Solar System and SCADA provided by Colorado Digital Labs, Inc. (CDL). They
have submitted three invoices for a total of$12,996.28.The total amount CDL has billed us
represents 48%of the total grant budget for that task. Most of that amount is for equipment,
electronics, and instrumentation, so we have broken out the percentages of the budget
allocated to labor and the percent allocated to direct expenses or materials.
Task#4 is for the Feasibility of Configuration study provided by Smith Geotechnical Engineering,
Inc.. They have submitted one invoice for$10,950, which represents 81.1%of the budget for
that task.
Backup information for each of the two contractors is attached, including the invoices
submitted by each and a breakout of the specific tasks completed and the percentage of the
budget for that task which the invoiced amount represents.
We hope this is satisfactory. If you have any questions regarding this tracking or
documentation, please contact Nicole Langley at 719-588-4109; and of course I am always
available at 719-588-6385 if you have any concerns or questions.
Thank you in advance for giving this your prompt attention so we may proceed in good time.
Sincerely, Ok : 1( ,149(6 2i;
Travis Robinson, Manager
Eric Hecox Date
