Russell, P.E. <br /> Design and Construction Manager <br /> Water Project Loan Program <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> Re: Construction Loan C150206-request for extension <br /> Dear Kirk, <br /> We are requesting a 4 year extension on loan C150206, until April 1, 2019. <br /> The Time for Performance stated in Appendix I, Section II of the Overland Ditch and Reservoir <br /> Company's loan contact was previously extended to April 1, 2015. <br /> Overland continues to work diligently on the permitting process for the enlargement of the <br /> Overland Reservoir. The company has completed a major portion of the data collection <br /> required by the US Army Corps of Engineers to secure a"404" (Clean Water Act) permit. Since <br /> the Reservoir resides on US Forest Service ground, the USACOE has asked that the company <br /> obtain a"Special Use Permit"from the Forest Service.
