A Marketing Plan is currently being developed. <br /> The final Marketing Plan will be included in Phase <br /> II of the Water 2012 Strategic Framework. Phase <br /> II is due to CWCB on November 15, 2011. <br /> Market Activities (On-Line Calendar of Events) On-going <br /> Aid Sub-Committees in Activity Implementation On-going <br /> and Track Progress <br /> Water 2012 Sub-Committees <br /> Book Club—Chair,Justice Gregory Hobbs In-progress <br /> • Traveling Author Series Negotiating financial options and grants for <br /> • "One Book, One Colorado" Virtual Author traveling author's honorarium with Colorado <br /> Reading Program Humanities. This funding is needed to secure the <br /> One Book, One Colorado "Virtual Author Reading <br /> • Book of the Quarter Program Program." <br /> • Recommended List of Books on Colorado One Book, One Colorado plans to host a virtual <br /> Water author reading series on a quarterly basis to <br /> showcase Colorado authors and their"water" <br /> related books. The authors and books have been <br /> selected. <br /> Developing a list of recommended reading for <br /> youth and adults with an emphasis on Colorado <br /> water. <br /> Library Exhibits—Chair, Liz Gardener In-progress <br /> • Develop and Purchase Exhibits The Water 2012 exhibits are complete and <br /> • Develop Recommended Reading for Adults available for display. Water 2012 has purchased <br /> and Youth four displays (made possible by Xcel grant)for <br /> travel to libraries across Colorado. Each library in <br /> • Schedule Traveling Exhibits for Libraries the state (226) has been contacted to reserve the <br /> Statewide exhibit. To date,29 I braries have made a <br /> • Schedule with the Denver Museum of Nature reservation.Additional exhibits can be purchased <br /> and Science's Traveling Geodome in 9 Basins for$1300.To date,four exhibits have been sold to <br /> basin partners. <br /> Reading lists are being developed for adults and <br /> youth. <br /> Water 2012 is working on the schedule for the <br /> traveling Geodome. <br /> Higher Education -Chair, Paul Lander In-progress <br /> • Coordinate "World Water Day" Event at Coordinating four networking events for students <br /> Campuses Statewide and water professionals at UNC Greeley, Metro <br /> • Award Water 2012 Scholarship Denver, Colorado Mesa Grand Junction,and Ft. <br /> Lewis in Durango. <br /> • Coordinate 4 Networking Events for Students AWRA has agreed to fund a Water 2012 <br /> and Water Professionals Scholarship for$3,000.The criterion for the <br /> scholarship is under development. <br /> K-12—Chair, Noah Newman In-progress <br /> • Develop and Launch "Water Photo" Contest CoCoRaHS and the River of Words are currently <br />
