I <br /> I <br /> Wetland has increased around the perimeter of the reservoir, changing the percentage of wetland <br /> and fen included in the functional assessment. The function assessment was completed for 3.38 <br /> I <br /> acres (2.24 acres of wetland and 1.14 acres of fen) during 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2014 the <br /> assessment was completed for 6.49 acres (5.35 acres of wetland and 1.14 acres of fen). Wetland <br /> now comprises 82% of the area and fen comprises 18% of the area. In previous years, the <br /> I <br /> wetland area was 66%and fen was 34%of the total area. <br /> Results <br /> I <br /> The total wetland value has increased 67% from baseline conditions from 2.91 (2010) to 4.45 <br /> (2014) and is expected to increase as more wetland develops around the perimeter of the <br /> I <br /> reservoir. This increase is due to the development of new wetland areas as a result of the new <br /> reservoir elevation. The total weighted index and total wetland value for the four years assessed <br /> are found in Table 5. Individual Index Values for each year are found in Table 6. <br /> I <br /> Table 5.
