SIB <br />Finally, the CWCB would like to thank the BLM for its efforts in developing the Draft Eligibility <br />Report and willingness to consult the public before finalizing it. This has not occurred with all <br />other Eligibility Reports issued by different BLM field offices, and we appreciate this <br />opportunity to comment.
